I have been vegan for about a few years so far, and was vegetarian for eight months prior to that. I occasionally (maybe once a week) prepare tofu by stir-frying it, but that doesn’t seem too healthy. How can I prepare it, and with what ingredients? Should I avoid too many seasonings because of sodium? Is olive oil really bad for you because of all the fat? Whichh vegetables are NOT as healthy as they seem to prepare with tofu?
