Put 1/4 cup dry oatmeal into bowl. Mix egg whites with cinnamon and Splenda in magic bullet or blender Pour into bowl with oatmeal and str together with applesauce. Microwave for 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer Pour into cake pan Bake for 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake an additional hour. At the end of the hour, remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan. Return cheesecake to warm oven and let it sit until oven cools..(approximately another hour) Chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, before serving. Cut into 12 pieces. Set aside. In large skillet, brown 4 pork chops in oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transer to oblong baking pan, coated with non-stick coating. In drippings, saute onions until tender. Spoon over chops. Add 1 cup broth, made with 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 cup hot water Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 40 – 45 mintues. Remove pork chops and onions, and keep warm. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water, stir until smooth, then stir in pan juices. Bring to boil, the boil for 1 or 2 mintues while stirring continually, until thickened. Serve with pork and oinions. Makes 4
