❀ Please visit www.mikispantry.com for this recipe and more! ❀ Direct link TBA. Dragon Fruit Smoothie has a quite interesting and unique taste. There are several versions of this fruit and they come in a variety of colors internally and externally. For example, there is a yellow dragon fruit with white flesh on the inside and there is a pink dragon fruit with red/purple flesh on the inside. The crazy thing about this fruit is that it is very ostentatious. However, it is not as sweet as strawberries and not as sour as kiwis. If you never tried it before, it is one of those fruits that you should definitely try out. They are widely-grown and available in tropical areas of the world. I hardly ever see them sold so when it is available at the grocery market, I get it. Please “Favorite” this video and tell others to support this channel. I am a pescetarian (meaning the only meat I eat is Fish) and I just want to know if this way of eating will help me maintain a weight of 90 lbs at 5’0 with a slow metabolism.
I am 16 years old by the way and of course I am in school all day, and I am fairly active, I have many afterschool activities, and I am in a dance program at my school. I also use my gym membership sometimes and go and workout on the elliptical machine. I do crunches/ 5lb weights for arms/ squats/ stretching everyday to keep myself tone. But I know I have a REALLY slow metabolism. So lets just say without any exercise, would this diet help me maintain my weight? Thanks!:D
(of course once in awhile I MIGHT cheat on special occasions and stuff but I would try to do it healthily like dark chocolate or whole grain bakery goods or sugar free candy. But I’m usually good and don’t have much an appetite or sweet tooth)
Ok I lost 20 pounds in since this passed June by walking to and from work everyday without changing my eating habits. I walk 3 miles to work and 3 miles home. At times I walk 2 miles during lunch. I eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, fruit for snack, a low cal sandwich for lunch. I cook healthy dinners for my family during the week. BUT we eat out every weekend and I just go to town at the restaruants! I love eating out. I order a decent meal with 2 drinks :/ I can’t help it! I wish I had more self control at the restauraunts but I don’t. I’m still not happy with how I look, I still have 10 pounds to go. I have to change my eating out habits.
