hello, i personally don’t need this i am the picture of a person who knows how to eat right but my dad is the one who needs help. i am trying to get a book/folder together for him to go off of (he does not know how to cook without allot of help) i personally am a good cook i know allot about cooking and recipes but nothing about low calorie dieting that sort of thing i was wondering should he go on a low carb or low cal diet whats the difference if he wants to loose weight? any ideas to as websites i can go off of for not just recipes but information on how to eat healthy any ideas?? if he diets on his own he will just stop eating all together which is not healthy at all!

Hi! Im 15, 5"6, and 140 Lbs. I would like to get down to at least 125-130. No my fat is kinda distributed wired, haha, but I have fat mainly in my stomach and thighs. DIETS wont work lol, cause my mom wont cook healthy food, and running wont work either, cuz i dont feel safe running in my neighborhood. I REALLY WANNA NICE SLIM BODY BY SUMMER, SO I CAN TAKE MY SHIRT OFF WITH PRIDE!
I go to school from 6:00 to 3:00, and usually eat by 5:00. If you can come up with a great list or "Plan" (exercises, how ,long, how many).

in 2.5 years he has gained 70 lbs he is 5’7 and weighs 265 i do not care that he looks fat i love him no matter what that does not bother me but what does bother me is how over weight he is and it is so unhealthy he goes on "diets" all the time but never does them longer then 2 weeks he wont go running im afraid for his health hes 30 years old its only going to get worse when he is older if he does not do something about it now he says he wants to lose weight but does not try to do anything about it my kids have even started saying when i grow up i want to be big like papa i talked to him about it several times and he always says i know im going to start dieting and exercising but never last longer then 2 weeks (i cook healthy foods but he will go buy food and does not know how to control his portions
what can i do?
lately he has not been eating as much but has not lost any weight but thats probably cuz he doesnt exercise
