Directions: Cube roasted chicken Chop green onions Drain and rinse water chestnuts (slice if using a can of whole chestnuts) Drain manadarin orange segments and slice into small pieces In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until well-mixed Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Saute onions and mushrooms in small skillet or medium-high heat Place crepe in warm, large skillet and slightly heat on one side, then flip crepe over, keep heat on medium-low Place cheese on top of crepe, spread out chicken over cheese, Pour sauted onions and mushrooms over chicken. Fold crepe together to cover other ingredients. Spray coat top of folded crepe, and flip over to brown other side. Stir together soup and water, add mushrooms, then add rice. Pour into pan and spread out mixture evenly. Place raw chicken thighs on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours.
