Im 13. And my single mom is a busy woman. So I usually dont get fed properly. She usually cooks those fast foods like nuggets, fries, pasta which serve as my breakfast or dinner sometimes. Or we usually just order. I always eat the same food almost everyday and it makes me wanna puke. And im really tired of this. I think im becoming unhealthy now. :( PLEASE HELP ME!

i felt the need to ask this question again. srry. tomorrow me and my mom are going grocery shopping and im making the list. so i need as many ideas as possible. I knw my mom should be doing this but i understand the situation so i think i should handle it and im rly mad at my mom at times how can she let me suffer. I think my conscience is my mom now.

Im gonna ask this until my daily limit. Cuz i pity myself now :( (

Ok I lost 20 pounds in since this passed June by walking to and from work everyday without changing my eating habits. I walk 3 miles to work and 3 miles home. At times I walk 2 miles during lunch. I eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, fruit for snack, a low cal sandwich for lunch. I cook healthy dinners for my family during the week. BUT we eat out every weekend and I just go to town at the restaruants! I love eating out. I order a decent meal with 2 drinks :/ I can’t help it! I wish I had more self control at the restauraunts but I don’t. I’m still not happy with how I look, I still have 10 pounds to go. I have to change my eating out habits.

I am a 21 year old college student who sadly only eats fast food because of my busy life. I’ve gotten ridiculously out of shape and am now as heavy as I’ve ever been.

I’m trying to slow my life down and get back on track. Can any one offer up some quick, easy to make healthy recipes. Things like snacks and salads for quick meals as well as healthy breakfast and dinner options.
