I’m looking for a cookbook I loved using, but my mom ended up giving away by mistake. I don’t remember the name, but I do remember it was a rather large hardcover edition, with a bright red cover (committing the bookstore customer sin here, I know). I believe there were two authors/editors, and the book covered six different foreign cuisines: Mexican, Spanish, French, German, Polish, and Chinese. Each recipe had a beautiful full page photograph on the right with a little blurb about the traditions that came with each recipe on the left, along with the recipe. Each cuisine was also introduced with a page explaining the region’s culinary history. I know this is quite a long shot, I just wanted to cover all possible bases, so if anyone can shed some light on which book this is or how I might go about finding it would be awesome!
