I’m from the states and I love these crab cakes
Its hard to get crab fresh where i am so I just use a can of claw or if they have fresh blue crab meat get a can or jar of that
1tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup of fine breadcrumbs
3 tbsp of old bay seasoning
1/2 c mayo
1 tsp of worchestershire sauce
1 egg beaten
mix all the ingredients by hand and form into cakes or balls you can place them into mushroom caps for something a little different but put them under the broiler until golden brown on each side…oh so good
serve with fresh tomato and lettuce on a sesame seed bun or eat straight as is!
