I want to cook an Italian Easter pie the night before Easter, but I don’t want to filling to get gross overnight. If I cover it really well and refridgerate it, will it still be as fresh the next day? Also, if you have a decent recipe using ricotta and rice for Easter Pie, that’d be great!

    Yes, it will, but the crust may be a little soggy.
