You could try J&D’s Bacon Salt. I haven’t tried it but they claim it tastes just like bacon. There’s no pork (or any meat) in it and it’s Kosher.
Be warned that it contains other undesirables like hydrogenated oil and MSG.

Turkey Bacon is a good substitute for the bacon in "bacon and eggs" but Anchovies is an amazing secret ingredient for that salty taste in Italian sauces, Stews or Gravy’s,
I know not a lot of people don’t like anchovies but trust me you don’t even taste them when you just mince 1 or 2 of them bad boys in those lovely sauces! Lol…xoxo

Maybe chicken? I’m not sure, there really is no meat like bacon.

It’s hard to get a substitute for bacon that isn’t pork based.
There is a turkey bacon, but I think it has pork (ham) in with the turkey.
Maybe your best bet is to find a vegetarian alternative. In the UK, Quorn make a bacon style rasher, which you should find in the supermarkets.
Or here is a link to making your own from Tofu.
