I come from a italian background and everyone in my family can cook very well, except me! I’ve tried many times to make a nice thick tomato pasta sauce for spaghetti, however each time I do this is turns out quite runny, and I’m looking for the thick pasta sauce. I’ve seen online that many recipes are asking for molasses??? i’ve never seen anyone put that in pasta sauce so that actually surprises me, does anyone have any sauce recipes that would help me out, also any websites that have good recipes for meals would help also.
