It’s a MYTH that all the alcohol cooks out of a dish, folks!
There are always at least trace amounts left, unless you burn to a blackened crisp whatever you were cooking.
It’s best to use a vinegar a juice or a dressing as substitute, but check the ingredients labels.

Try vinegar or lemon juice. If that doesn’t work, try just eliminating it from the dish. ( I hope this counts.)

there are wines that the alcohol is removed before you buy it and this will be fine according to Muslim traditions. using regular wine and then cooking with it is not acceptable according to Muslim traditions even though the alcohol is burned off.

Here is a website that list all alcohol/wine as will as their non-alcoholic substitute. No need to guess. Enjoy

when you cook wine in the food the alcohol is cooked out of it so you have nothing to worry about! Cheers!

I use fruit juice in recipes to replace wine. You can also purchase salad dressings that use fruit juice instead of wine or vinegar. Personally, I think it tastes better too.

Depends on the recipe. If it’s a hot dish you can often substitute beef, chicken, or vegetable broth.
If it’s a cold dish then vinegar or lemon juice might be a good substitute.
But often, you can just eliminate it altogether.
(By the way, when wine cooks, the alcohol burns off – just leaving the flavor. Can you use it then?)

try a small dash of vinegar
it is brewed and fremented but also boiled to eliminate the yeast and alcohol
Why don’t you know how to look for approved hala foods
