If you’re going to open a restaurant, it would be ideal to have a background in financing business and a little bit of culinary arts. I believe business has a greater chance of succeeding if you love what you do or what you sell. Any business you start is always hard but if you do something you love, it is always worth it.
You can also do a feasibility research first if you really want to open a restaurant. If you really want to open a restaurant, follow your heart. It’s good that as young as 19 you have big plans already. Good luck. This link may help you out.
