So im making pasta fusuli andd the recipe calls fr half an onion…i dont have an onion bt ni have onion powder so my question is how much onion powder should go in pasta fusuli or how much onion powder is equivalent to half an onion?

First, make sure it’s onion powder not salt! You can always add more… add 1 tsp. then mix well and taste! Add more if necessary. I also use garlic or garlic powder in mine!
