ok tell me what i can do with this that’s low fat, low carb and high in protein. i need some magic, fast to cook, easy to prepare, daily dish for my workout with weight training, jogging, and HIIT(high intensity interval training).
220g of chicken breast boneless skinless(240kcal)
25g of low fat mozzarella cheese(60kcal)
I have a frying pan, an oven, a microwave and aluminium foil. i dont want to add seasoning much and i can remove/change the cheese.
this was what i did, i oven baked the chicken stuffed with mozzarella cheese and wrapped in aluminium foil and BOY WAS IT DISGUSTING! so im thinking of other methods of cooking now, fast, easy, healthy. thanks
i also have olive oil, parsley, lemon juice.
