I don’t like to cook, so when I wasn’t low-carbing, most choices were things like sandwiches and pretzels and things that do not require much or any cooking, and do not need utensils to eat. I am single and find it not worth the time to cook something for 30 minutes and eat it in 5. I am having a hard time staying on a low carb diet, and one reason I feel is I am not substituting "like" low carb for my ex-high carb. I am looking for suggestions for low carb lunches and snacks that take less than 15 minutes to throw together, microwave or no cooking, and I can eat with my hands (I am a merciless multi-tasker and most likely need to type at the same time, or write, etc.) I have ADD and if it takes too long I probably won’t try it. Any suggestions?
Just a comment, if you read my paragraph you will see that it says "when I wasn’t low carbing my choices were things like sandwiches and pretzels". Not when I "am" low carbing, when I "wasn’t". Please read the question first before answering. Thanks.

I don’t have much sympathy for those who don’t like to cook. Sandwiches are not low carb – hello? Bread? Eat anything that doesn’t contain sugar or starch.
Any meat, most vegetables, dairy.
Eat salami, roast beef, egg salad.

Some quick snacks you can munch on with your hands could be cherry tomatoes, fruits, nuts(especially almonds), vegetables, or cheese(like mini babybell cheese).
I’m unaware of any full lunches to eat with the hands other than sandwiches, really. Sorry.
Best of luck to you,
Shannon.

Wraps. Throw lots of green veggies and/or meat in a spinach tortilla and wrap it up.
