I know veggies have carbs too, but I’m talking about cooked onion and spinach with garlic and ginger and a little home made teriyaki sauce(organic agave nectar+organic low sodium soy sauce mixed)
Sounds weird I know but tastes good.
Is this a more balanced meal with the added vegetables?

I don’t know, you better make the food and bring it here and let me try it so I can see.
If I want to exercise or do a happy dance because the food is so good, after that meal, then you know it was a good meal.
THAT SOUNDS GREAT!
