I know veggies have carbs too, but I’m talking about cooked onion and spinach with garlic and ginger and a little home made teriyaki sauce(organic agave nectar+organic low sodium soy sauce mixed)
Sounds weird I know but tastes good.
Is this a more balanced meal with the added vegetables?

    Yes.
Did you know that by cooking the spaghetti "al dente" or firm to the tooth, as the Italians say, it lightens the glycemic value considerably?

I don’t know, you better make the food and bring it here and let me try it so I can see.
If I want to exercise or do a happy dance because the food is so good, after that meal, then you know it was a good meal.

    THAT SOUNDS GREAT!
