It’s best to avoid all processed foods, especially fast food restaurants. Not only do they contain little to no nutrition for your body but they also give you a large dose of toxins. So a raw food diet would work the fastest because it forces you not to consume processed and packaged foods that aren’t fresh and are extremely toxic. But if you do switch to a raw food diet make sure you still get animal products, i.e. meat and eggs and raw dairy if you can get it. Animal foods have nutrients in them that you cannot get from vegetation alone.
In conclusion, the best advice I could give you would be to avoid all "foods" that are processed, packaged, from a fast food restaurant, unnatural, and/or not fresh. Eat only natural fresh foods. Remember, man-made foods created all the man-made diseases of civilization, including obesity.
