I’m going to teach myself how to cook. I also will be building up kitchenware, etc., so it won’t be a problem buying specialized cookware.

What’s the healthiest cooking style? Chinese? Italian? Something else?

    medeteranian. greek, italian, ect. put together have some of the best vitamins for your body.

    Grilling is the healthiest! Get a george foreman and a good outside grill! Besides it’s the tastiest..healthiest way to cook!

    Steaming. Especially, but not exclusively, vegetables.

    It preserves much of the nutrition that other methods destroy.

    Anything that includes the health rainbow!

    veggies & fruits are great!
    salad-
    a nice spinich salad with walnuts or almonds in it = yummy!
    berries (rasberries, strawberries, blackberries & blueberries=antioxidants! )
    apples & lemons together! YUM!
    dairy -important!
    yogurt, cheese, MILK 3 cups a day!
    whole wheat toast with a thin spread of penut buttter & bananas mmmmmmhmmmmmm
    or berries with poridge & yogurt!

    Hope I gave you some healthy ideas.. that’s mostly what I eat.. I NEVER EVER eat junk! no pop, chocolate, chips, bars -ever.
    I’m the healthiest 14 year old at my school I tell you.. plus I run everyday in the summer time and in the winter I hit the gym 5 days a week! : )

    Steam, Boil, Stir fry, pan fry, broil, grill??
