Could someone tell me how much proportion of each electrical appliance in a house. For example, there are: heating, water heating, lighting, cooking, laundry… How much percent of each in total electricity expenditure.

It depends on each appliance and how long you keep them on for, for instance if you had a 1Kw kettle it would use one unit of electricity in an hour – but a 100Watt light bulb could be on for 10 hours to use one unit of Electricity, a 3KW water heater would use a unit in 20 minutes BUT – it has a thermostat on it to switch it on and off to maintain the correct water temperature without wasting electricity.
It is not really possible to break it down into exact percentages – lights in general will use much less than anything else, Fridges and Freezers will use more and anything with a heater in (water heating/electric fire/washing machine/cooker) will use the most – but the percentage each uses depends on how much you use each item
