I know that poaching is always the best but am looking for a little bit of flavor also. So if there is a way to cook maybe chicken breasts a healthy way but not tasting bland I would love to know how!

I know that steaming is a glorified less extenuated way of poaching, so if there is no flavorful way to it…..don’t answer! THANKS!
Again, I just want to know THE healthiest way…if it IS poaching at least let me know the most flavorful way to go…

    What do you mean by healthy?
    Are you concerned about fat or calories?
    Then do not shallow fry, as it soaks up oils way more than deep frying. Deep frying is best done in very hot oil, which covers the food entirely, then drain the food before consumption. Otherwise brush with a little oil and grill (British English), or bake in the oven.
    Don’t use dairy produce.
    Are you concerned about what happens to the proteins during cooking?
    Then cook the food lightly.

    Steaming is a fat-free way to cook, and the food won’t lose any nutrients. You can steam meat that is wrapped in foil, to retain its flavor.
