I currently go to my aunts to help her out during the day she is 82 years old and I cook and clean and take her to Dr appts and she thinks that 40.00 a day is to much. I need to know what the going hourly wage is for that position?

how long are you there?? I would think average would be 8- 10 dollars an hour for a position like this. Especially if you are using your car and own gas to do the errands
