Thanks for the vids. I’ve lost 50lbs in 2.5 months by portion control, exercise, and eating wholesome foods like you describe. I’m walking several miles a day and eating 1000 calories and I feel ok so far. I look forward to more videos. I hope you’ll talk about protein and how much is required, too.
