    I wanna go vegan how? Do I just eat fruit and stuff as if I was in a jungle? Vegans seem very healthy and fit. It’s so hard to eat healthy these days when fast food restaurants are in groups of five just around the corner of your home. But I wanna be skinnier so how do I do this plz tell me I know sleep sleep sleep. Most nights I go to bed at 1 am and get up 12 pm

    Harley, I need your advice. I don’t mind vegan, but tried raw and it’s not easy. My body produced really loose stools almost like pellets. I live in Canada and it’s winter here. I do not have the luxury of living in a tropical climate. What would you suggest? I was thinking some cooked foods and some raw is ok in winter time, because it’s hard to get good fresh produce other than the usual (pears, apples, kiwis, apples and bananas). I am allergic to bananas. Any help would be beyond fantastic.

    Sleep deprivation is absolute torture! I am a nurse so I do shiftwork and after nightduty I am a disorientated, unproductive mess for a week! I hate it! Happy to say I don’t do stimulants to get me through.

    Such a great topic! I’m having a hard time going to bed early because of so much studying for college and helping my mom who is disabled on the weekdays. It’s so true what you say when going to bed early makes one feel recharged. I sleep 9 but I guess I could use another hour or 2 :)

    Durianriders, why is it that when I eat more carbs I feel more wake and need to sleep less but if I eat even a little bit of animal products or nut protein in general, it helps me sleep more?

    @durianriders The problem is that I am sensitive to gluten so I guess I gotta eat more rice and potatoes and other cooked carbs. I craved pizza on my newly started vegan lifestyle. I checked out that “the greatest speech ever” by Gary Yourofsky and it made me make the switch officially. It’s not easy because I have a hard time getting the calories and sugar I need. Any other quick tips for a fresh convert?

    Harley, I’m in a situation with college. I want to sleep 10+ hours, but when I finally get out of class and have dinner it’s already 8 PM. I have no homework time if I sleep. Any suggestions??
