I am at my witts end. I have tried to eat healthy and exercise but have given up, as I ended up gaining weight. I have no motivation and I am miserable with how I look. I know I want to lose weight safely and cannot possibly starve myself or eat 20 calories a day. I am in a very bad place in my life right now, my home life is very hard and I feel like this is keeping me from being who I really want to me. At any rate, I would really really appreciate any help from those who thought they could never lose weight and they did. I barely have time to exercise and unfortunately I cannot use my kitchen until August so I am very limited on cooking healthy foods every day. I am a college student so funds are also limited. Please, offer diet suggestions that will make a visible change in my body. Thank you.

I have also tried and failed and tried and failed to lose weight and be healthy.
It was starting to interfere with my lifestyle— back in the summer I had a small belly, weighing 128-133 lbs. (I am about 5’4, with a medium frame). I had time to ride my horse, and that kept me at that weight. Since winter hit, I wouldn’t let my boyfriend put his hands on my stomach, because I was gaining weight. Or my hips. Or even my arms.
I am not excessively overweight, i weighed 139lbs 3 weeks ago— now I am down to 134!
It really took a LOT of effort to get myself started–but that was the hardest part!
I decided to tell people. My friends. My family. I told them that I was going to lose weight. This made me feel obligated to get started. To make habits. And suddenly–I’m EXCITED to lose weight!
Right now, I work out usually 2 or 3 times during the weekdays, and once or twice on the weekends.
This consists of the treadmill, which I used to walk 3 minutes, jog a minute, walk 3 minutes, jog a minute… etc. For about 20 minutes. (Now I am comfortable 1 minute walking, 5 minutes jogging, 1 minute walking, 5 jogging…etc.).
Followed by some weights and other strengthening exercises.
In total, this is about a 30-35 minute routine. And is already making a difference!
As for eating, healthy eating isn’t expensive!!! My FAVORITE breakfast is a slice of whole wheat toast, with a fruit drink. I have a bag of frozen berries in the freezer— I put 1/2 a banana, a scoop of the berries, and some orange juice into a blender. It is the most refreshing, energizing thing.
The biggest obstacle I have to tackle with food, is asking myself the question : "Am I really hungry?" because I was a habit-eater. I would eat to taste something in my mouth. It doesnt matter HOW healthy you eat, if you are eating enough to feed 3 armies. It is best to eat 4-5 small meals a day. That way, you arent tempted to eat a whole platefull of spaghetti.
My parents are on a diet right now, which (among much more criteria), bans any foods with sugar in the top 3 ingredients.Just use common sense! If it looks like it won’t do anything for your body, pick up a fruit instead. (Because they eat so well through the week, they have a "cheat day" every saturday, when they can eat whatever they want.)
Because of your schedule, try packing up meals-to-go. Make a big batch of _________ and put it in individual-size containers, to grab on your way out the door for a quick microwave meal later.
Haha, this was a really long response, I apologize! I hope I helped some.
The biggest advice I can give you : DON’T START TOO HARD. You WILL get discouraged. Think of this as a long term goal to work towards.

first you should eat a nutritious and full breakfast, it can provide you with 60% of energy in the whole day, than a common lunch, and after 16 o’clock, stop eating anything except water, if you can’t keep it, try one apple or two. in addition, stop drink beverage with sweet, take at least 1L water everyday, it helps accelerate your metabolism and burn fat.
wish you good luck, beautiful girl!

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Start walking. It doesn’t cost anything, it gets you out of the house. Long, slow workouts burn fat. Try replacing some of the less healthy foods you eat now with more fruits and vegetables.

A low carb diet helps me! No white stuff like potatoes and breads and rice! You should be letting your self have at least 20 carbs a day! And if you need a little more then 25 carbs!I have to have 25 or I will black out and I get dizzy! This works for me!

start little by little and every day have some fruits and vegetables. it’s ok to eat some chocolate or unhealthy foods just not too unhealthy and not a lot of it. then as you go on, you gain more confidence and you can eat less and less junk food. try to do some exercise, and pick one that doesn’t get you bored. usually people tend to eat a lot when they’re bored so find something productive to do. drinking a lot of water helps to because it gets you full and wait a little before eating more because you’re probably full your just not letting your body tell you.
