He is 23 and his father died of a heart attack at 35. When we first got together he ate fastfood everyday sometimes more than once in a day. It has taken me 1 1/2 years to break that habit down to once a week. I cook healthy, I keep from frying foods, and things like that. But is a well balanced meal healthy even if you have several big servings? I am 35 weeks pregnant and he eats at least twice as much as me in one sitting if not more. I have tried buying lean cuisines but he will eat 2 at a time or 1with a bunch of junk food. I think that the reason he eats so much is that he eats fast and his body doesn’t feel that he is full right away. I have told him this, doesn’t help. He also insistson eating right before bed. I am not trying to be controlling, I am just worried that he might turn out like his father. Does anybody have any advice on how to change his eating habits? He is very stubborn about it, and I worry so much. He also refuses to go to a doctor.
