Hi, I want to find a book or website that has recipes and a guide for eating well. Basically a COMPLETE (breakfest, lunch, dinner) meal guide that is going to incorporate everything healthy from protein to fiber to vitamins, I enjoy cooking and I would like to learn how to eat and cook healthy food. I would like the book/website to have many recopies and a good variety of healthy recipes so I can stick to it.
Also, I am not overweight or anything so i don’t need a diet plan, if you have any ideas post them up, THANKS!
okay ill check it out but like i said i am in good shape physically i just want to eat healthy.
but thanks.

well…. honestly there isn’t a right or wrong internet site that you can use you could easily just type in just what you want into Google or if you’d like a direct source go to The Biggest Loser Meal Plans.com that might work a lot better than looking around for some stupid thing for hours on end and getting pissed at the internet.

Did you know that additional weight is not constantly thanks to additional body fat? There can be a lot of additional weight basically lying around in the pipes. The latest supplement can clean the pipes and help you to shed up to 20 lbs, frequently from the tummy (show me somebody who does not need to shed some pounds from their tummy LOL!!). There is a risk free trial on offer at http://frurdody.ckuo.net I have been taking it for three weeks now and it’s definitely working!!
