my family often dry the meat outside for several weeks, and then it is boiled in hot water for some minutes and then cooked, it tastes good and i eat this type of meat alot than other types. so Is it healthy to eat this type of meat of not?
by dryed i mean that the meat is left outside for several weeks and the meat then is dryed like stone.

I would bet that they have also salted the meat before air-drying it, this inhibits the growth of bacteria and aids in dehydration through osmosis. It’s can be dangerous but then again so is crossing the street. When I attended Culinary school, I informed my instructors that my family made their own sausages and salami for years. When asked what they used I said "salt, wine and spices." I thought they saw a ghost, due to the fact we didn’t use nitrites and nitrates. I said "nobody ever got sick in 40 years." I continue to enjoy their "home recipe" to this day.

"dried" is not a type of meat.
"beef and pork" are types of meat.

"dried" is the status the meat is in.

I don’t know. Our ancesters have done it. We are still around so I figure it’s probably okay.
