Make a plan with yourself for example: "I will work out 3 times a week for an hour" or something like that. Shop at your local convenient store for food, it is very cheap there
. Need a snack , but don’t want to eat chips with tons of fat? Try Sun Chips – very good and healthy. Remember stay with your plan and don’t tell yourself "Oh , I’ll do that tomorrow" because that would make it worse. Good Luck
