Spray it with "Shout" before you wash it!! Rub it into the fabric. After the wash cycle is finished, check out your shirt. DO NOT put it into the dryer if you still see a spot. If you still see a spot, repeat the above. This works for me almost every time. Hint: Wear an apron when cooking!!!
Good Luck!!

rub it with morning fresh dish washing liquid before you wash it, if you can’t get that brand look for a brand that will remove grease/oil.

Use Dawn dish washing liquid on it. It’s the best thing I’ve ever found for oil/grease on clothing. Other dish washing liquids haven’t worked for me. And after you have most or all of it out, see if you have a friend with one of the new High Energy washers, they are excellent -better than excellent- at cleaning. But you must rinse out the Dawn completely before tossing the shirt into the high energy washer; that’s not necessary for regular washers. I hope it works for you.

you’ll need one clean towel ,a hot iron and a brown paper bag,Place towel on your ironing board put the shirt on that turn on your iron to it’s hottest or as hot as not to burn your shirt place the brown paper bag over it and iron it a few times that should bring out the oil.

Grease, oil, tar
Method 1: Use powder or chalk absorbents to remove as much grease as possible. Pre-treat with detergent or nonÂflammable dry cleaning solvent, or liquid shampoo. Wash in hottest water safe for fabric, using plenty of detergent.
Method 2: Rub spot with lard and sponge with a non-flammable dry cleaning solvent. Wash in hottest water and detergent safe for fabric
Unset old stains
Older, set-in stains will often come out in the wash after being pretreated with a solution of 3 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 tablespoons liquid detergent in 1 quart (1 liter) warm water. Rub the solution into the stain, then blot it dry before washing.
Sponge out serious stains
Cola, hair dye, ketchup, and wine stains on washable cotton blends should be treated as soon as possible (that is, within 24 hours). Sponge the area with undiluted vinegar and launder immediately afterward. For severe stains, add 1-2 cups vinegar to the wash cycle as well.
Good Luck !

I’ll second the Dawn dish washing liquid solution! This is by far the best stain (especially grease) remover I have ever used. It even removed lipstick from a pair of white pants that were washed & dried with the lipstick tube in the pocket!
