Heyyy dudes. Its me, Haylee. I want to know how I can lose weight in 2months. I’m 11 years of age and I am 109 pounds (The last time I checked!) or maybe more D: I have huugeee rolls (LOL. Atleast to me) and I want to look nice in my graduation dress! My friends all think I’m skinny, but REALLY I try my best to look like that when I’m not. Haha.. Don’t criticize me and tell me I’m to young and that I’m crazy. I really need to know this. I am currently on a low-sugar-or-soda diet. My parents are really busy and they don’t have time to cook healthy foods so we just go out and eat alot. My mom is busy with my baby sisters and my dad is at work for 14+ hours, literally. I can’t go outside and excersize because my mom doesn’t let me go anywhere by myself. Is there any type of excercize to help me?
Daily routine:
Fruit+Milk (Breakfast)
Fruits at school
Dinner=??
I’m at the point where I don’t care about being anorexic. I’m fed up with my mom always complaining. She’s not even helping!
Okay maybe I do care about anorexia.

AND!!!! I gain weight easily. I’m NOT 109 actually. I’m like somwhere around 110-125 :\\\\\\ I absolutley, positively, HATE scales. ):

    well it depends on your height.. ic ant tell if youre over weight but 109 pounds is nothing haha
    go to google.com and type im BMI test and go to the bmi calculator.. itll tell you if youre over weight, under weight or perfect
    and dont worry about you not being as skinny as your friends, theyre still 11 and their bodies are going to have a dramatic change soon..yours too.. as long as you keep eating well like you are, youll stay slim.. make sure to exercise too(you can go to youtube.com and type in work outs and theres videos that you can just do at your house in front of your computer.. like pilates or 8 min legs ect).. all girls have different bodies too! membr that!
    it doesnt sound like youre eating a lot
    you need to eat like toast for breakfast because fruit will spike your sugar level and make you more hungry
    for lunch you need meat to keep yourself nourrished..so like a sanwhich and an apple perhaps
    for a snack..whatever you want..youre still 11 lol
    and for dinner..whatever your parents make you im sure will be great!
    dont become anorexic.. youll notice it in your skin, hair, nails and teeth.. theres such an easier more healthier way to be in shape and look good!

    Get a good breakfast for your Metabolism boost
    Sleep ….. Get enough sleep
    drink water (an 8oz glass of ice water burns 100 cals)

    btw… being anorexic makes you fatter … your body will try to save as much food as it can, so when you start eating again, then the body will store that and you will gain more weight.
    Try doing some sit-ups, and calisthenics.

    PLEASE DONT BECOME ANOREXIC!!!!!!!!!!! I own a game called dance dance revolution, it is very fun and it burns a lot of calories. You can get it for a lot of game systems. give it a try. another choice is to see if your mom and your little sisters want to go a walk or something!!!! i believe in you!! u can do it!!!!!!!!

    okay well first off…please please please!!! what ever you do do not go anywhere near the stage of anerexia…PLEASE!! ive known someone whos gone through with it…it didn’t end up pretty….my friend lost alot of weight with weight watchers….tell your family to get into it too and you’ll all help each other out…look into it buy the chart (not expensive at all) when i first looked at weight watchers..im like i gotta buy a chart and keep track of my points too!! i am NOT gonna do this!! (okay well I didnt say that…but my moma did) but she lost alot of weight and it was easy…no im not some dude that works for wightwatchers lol (it does kinda sound like it huh) im a 13 year old kid whos seen it happen…

    or just do sports..everyday…

    well honestly your weight is really good. and you dont need to loose anything..maybe if you guys have any exercise tapes. you could do those..and if you dont you could buy one or two and do those daily..also watch your portions…its ok to eat bad food (at your age) just make sure you eat 1 helping only and dont over do it..at school if you buy your lunch just get 1 helping of everything and eat your vegetables and fruit and thats about all you can do.

    Don’t focus on weight as much as toning.

    You can get to a point where you have a normal amt of fat and still have rolls. This is because you’re not toned.

    you are a baby, you have baby fat. it will all disapear when you start your periods. Tell your mom to get of her lazy … and help ALL OF YOU with nutrition. it’s time busy parents step up to the plate LITERALLY.

    stop milk try 2 drink oj or soy milk and in the morning eat fruit and yogurt, dont do a crazy decrease in ur food that will make u gain weight.make sure u start 2 stop eating meat. do exersize 4 at least 30 min. 4 more tips just email me. i used 2 be very overweight 2. i can help.

    Be aware of what you eat. You don’t have to starve yourself, just stop eating when you are full. Also drink plenty of water to clean your system. If you can’t get out alone go with a friend. Working out with someone else gets you more motivated and it’s more fun. Buy a pretty dress a size smaller than you are now so you have a goal to work towards. People can’t tell you your too young to be worrying about your weight; every girl does. Plus it is good to start healthy habits now. Best of luck!!!

    Start the day eating a big breakfast (so you don’t get hungry fast) Then just eat small meals, at least something in every three hours.And go to your public library and get some easy exercise videos…If you can’t then they probably have something on ‘youtube’..But try burning more calories than you eat and please don’t think to much about it and don’t go anorexic…

    At 11 you don’t really need to worry about it. The fat you have is most likely baby fat and you can’t really do much about that except grow up.

    Food wise….you need to eat good food and have regular unproccessed meals. Your parents need to realize that your health is at risk if you don’t get the proper nutrition at your age.

    What you can do is drink water 8 glasses a day, no soda of any kind, no sugars of any kind except maybe an occassional slice of cake. At your age you really need some good protein and fat so you can grow properly. Limit fruit, switch to veggies. When you go out to eat choose the healthier stuff, don’t do the hamburger fries stuff.

    Exercise inside. At your age simple stretching, running in place, and push ups will work.

    Try talking to your parents about this, many parents just get too busy that they forget they are suppose to be raising their kids. You need to try to help them.

    Hun, WHATEVER you do, don’t become anorexic!!!! It is the worst thing to do to your body and it will only make you miserable! Check out this site:

    You put in your age, wieght, gender, height, and date measured and it will give you results based on other kids with your body shape. You have SO much more growning to do! Don’t worry abou it! Do a couple jumping-jacks, crunches, or germans but have fun!

    PS- Eat a better breakfast and lunch! You’re gonna starve yourself! Besides, studies show if you don’t eat a good breakfast you actually GAIN wieght! Put some cereal, toast, leftover pizza, SOMEING with some bread!
