I am 13 and weigh 203 pounds ive gone to wellsprings weight loss camp 2 times and believe me it is amazing and a life saver the second time i went (last summer) they taught me nutrishion and cooking healthy foods but nothing is working for me at home i lost 30lbs there in 6 weeks and i keep losing contoll and eating things that arnt nessasaraly bad for you but not the best choice + im doing hard core basketball and runnning in freezing weather i need help i was 195 pounds when i came home from camp and and i gained weight i do exercise but i also have school work and im a major singer\actress and im afrade my weight will start up teasing again (i was bullied badly in the past) and put my dreams in the shadow because of how i look i need help anyone have any suggestions please help me

    At your age portion control is ideal, Since you semm really busy try eating a turkey sandwich for lunch and instead of chips eat carrots or broccoli. Keep Veggies snacks with you an munch on them thrrough out the day. Plan your meals and don’t drink sugary drinks they are empty calories good luck.
