I mean eat only green vegetables or homemade soups. How healthy it is? And what care should I take, not to loose energy because I cannot reduce my office and house work.

    You won’t get sufficient nutrition because cooking releases essential nutrients.

    Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is a good choice for health. Just be careful to clean and wash them before eating.
