@kay29xx You definitely could. It would come out probably more like a whip then a mousse but it’d still be pretty tasty and satisfy that chocolate craving.

@Stef6788 I was going to do unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener but when I went to check my pantry all I had was two tins of sweetened cocoa. I could have sworn one of them was unsweetened. I hate when I think I have something in the cupboards and my memory lies to me. LOL Ooh love the peanut butter idea!

@Heatherzblueyez1975 I say give it a shot. Doing something like this or the spinach dip I made is a good way to ease into it. You won’t taste anything weird…all you’ll taste is chocolate creaminess.

I’ve actually done a chocolate tofu mousse before but I just added milk, unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener to my tofu and blended that together.
A variation I like to do is to add a tsp of peanut butter instead of the cocoa powder for a peanut butter mousse.

For An awesome mousse you can use carnation instant breakfast and heavy whipping cream and any chocolate suryp. and just mix till it thickens. and its good frozen also.
