hello. I’m a boy with 250 pounds and 72 inches, and I’m 17 years old. I have a buttock that’s look exactly like Homer (no kidding). So my clothes are very limited. My body smells like.. unpleasant, even to me. So i thought deodorant and fragrance would change it, but it turns out to be worst. I easily got sweat and i walked for my college. I really hate it and sometimes i hated to look myself in front of the mirror. Okay, so my problem is, my family seldom cooks healthy foods. I hate exercise but i’ll usually walk if im going somewhere and sometimes i took diet juice because i thought that is my last resort but i seldom drink it. Side effects? im not sure but i occasionally have waist pain and behind my body, i got like muscles problem in both side of my back bone (i dunno whats its call, but its near lump bone every time hands make a move.. lol) so i need a proper method of diet but i’ll loose the kilos fast.
sorry for my broken english and i really need your help.

    EAT 5 TO 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY

    Eating frequent, smaller meals throughout the day keeps you feeling satisfied and staving off hunger, which will keep you from overeating. Also, eating smaller meals will help increase your metabolism helping to burn more calories.

    DRINK LOTS OF WATER

    Drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day keeps you fully hydrated and helps flush excess water out of the body. When you keep your body properly hydrated, your body will no longer need to hold on to excess water and you will lose excess water weight.

    LIMIT YOUR BAD CARB INTAKE

    Cutting out sugar and "bad white carbs" is one of the best things you could do. Most sugar and refined carbs are converted to glucose, stored as fat and spikes your blood sugar level causing you to eat more. Removing these bad carbs will help keep cravings down and allows you to lose more weight.

    EXERCISE IN NON-NEGOTIABLE

    You MUST work out at least 5 days a week, preferably 3 days cardio and 2 days weight lifting. Cardio should at least be 30 minutes a day. Exercise is extremely important it keeps your energized, boosts metabolism, and burns excess calories to aid in weight loss.

    calories in vs. calories out. you need to burn or cut out 3500 calories to loose one lb. so if you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal eating habbits and run enough to burn 150 calories then in a week youll loose a pound bla bla bla just remember you need to loose 3500 calories to loose one lb. but with your cardio, try interval training.
