    White rice is good; brown rice is better, since it’s actually unmilled or just partially milled rice, more nutritious (ore vitamins, minerals…).
    Think wholemeal flour as opposed to white flour.

    i just buy chickies and they pay for the eggs, cuz they lay ‘em!
    its only 10-20 dollars for about 40ish eggsor more.
