i read somewhere its not good to drink anything (even water) with meals, but that you should do it before or an hour after eating cause it effects the digestive process. Can anyone comment on that?

It’s not a diet, It’s eating healthy. Swapping out all that JUNK you eat, with fruits and vegetables, lean meats instead of fatty cuts of the same meat, and using lower fat condiments, foods, ect. and drinking milk that’s not got hormones in it.

@GirlsAndDreams Can you take your lunch with you? If everyone takes “left overs” or healthy food from home instead of buying their lunch school’s will have to make a change.
