How to cook simple healthy meals?

I’m not on a diet or anything, I’m just trying to stay and in shape and eat better, but I all I have and know how to make is junk.
Any recipes or ideals?
Keep in mind SIMPLE, I tend to mess up on hard instructions to follow.

I have lots of veggies, tuna, turkey burgers, chicken breast, and fruits to work with.

    Keep in mind with any salad you can add different veggies or fruits to match your tastes.

    This link has two recipes that are low in cholesterol. The top one seems a little complicated but the second one seems super easy but does use a large mix of different herbs.
