i need to know step by step how to cook just plain, bland chicken breast. i dont want any recipes you think are good, sorry. i just need to know how to prepare it, how long to thaw it for, the stove temp., what kind/how much oil/cooking spray, how long to cook each side, etc. keep in mind i want it as healthy and plain as POSSIBLE. im not looking for good taste just health. …also if you could do the same thing for tilapia fish id be ECSTATIC. i appreciate it, thank you so much!

    Cut the breast in half, and grill it, no oil
    about 10 mins each side.

    lil bit of olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder brown on both sides approx 5 min on each side, depending on the thickness of the chicken breast. I bought a George Forman grill, really cheap and I use no oils, no fats, salt free spices(McCormick’s has them) . That’s even healthier than using a fry pan. still have the healthiest foods with spices and still have flavor too. Don’t have to sacrifice flavor to eat healthy.

    Try to cut the chicken breast as a book shape or butterfly cut. Drizzle a bit Olive oil on it & drizzle some in the pan (non stick.) Once the pan is hot then add the chicken.Leave it for 2-3 minutes then turn around. If you have a oven then keep the temperature to 180*c & place the chicken inside the hot oven for 10-12 minutes approx!
