Hi,
I am a Uni student who lives a very busy life.
I always eat outside. Mostly Mc D’s.
It’s not healthy + not too good for a good budget. (eating outside 24-7)
At home the only things I have is sweets or snacks.
Rescently a friend scared me that I’ll get Diabities if I go like this.
I’m not lazy to cook. Do you know any kind of Healthy easy to cook delecious dishes?
It would be great if I can store in the fridge so I don’t need to cook all the time.
I eat anything which is nice. Any vegitable, any sea food/ meat.
Expect to see some yummy recepies.

you make your ham at home, this more healthy..you need ground beef,onion,salt & pepper,soy sauce(if desired),chillies,eggs,milk, mix all these in an electric mixer untill very soft, shape them like ham (circle or square) seprate each from the other with nylon bags put them in the fridge!when need just pick one or two & roast or fried or even bake!

very little oil, very little masalas, little frying….these are tilme and health saving devices… there are few chefs who have authored cooking books, .. such as tarala dalal… sanjeev kapoor… glance through the books before buying… take time to study in the bookstore itself…. if you want to store the cooked food in frig… mark each container for the day or date on which you want open….. eat and finish.. no storing back.. eat heathy.. think healthy.. stay healthy…reduce your sweetquota to minimum

Vegetables and fish can both easily be done in the skillet. Just a tiny bit of olive oil. Spices and herbs aren’t bad for you at all, so spice it up as much as you want. Fish cooks fairly quickly compared to vegetables, so do it first. Whatever kind of fish you like. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, whatever green herbs turn you on. I like rosemary on fish myself. Cook it until it’s opaque throughout and flaky. Then do your vegetables. Veggies shouldn’t be cooked down to mush. You really just want to heat them up. Sprinkle some lemon juice on your veggies and fish. You can do this with chicken too. One thing I love is canned chicken. I’ll throw it over a salad for a fast meal or over pasta and veggies for dinner. It’s not hard to eat healthy, you just have to make yourself go to the grocery rather than the convenient store.
