    use vegetables and fruits in dishes you usually make. and make healthy side dishes like salad and green beans.

    ALL foods are healthy in proper serving sizes. ALL methods are healthy in proper serving sizes even deep frying. ALL recipes are healthy if serving sizes are small.

    Now for easy! That depends on how well you read! If you CAN read and understand a recipe, it is easy.
