fist of all stop eating fried food if u do, when u cook don’t use any salt because salt holds water in ur body so that extra weight.. it is healthier to bake a piece chicken the to fry it .
salads are very healthy to eat, but they way that u can eat them if u wanna eat healthy , eat them with no dressing or with a low calorie oil or vinegar bade dressing, creamy dressing tend to be more fatning.
…….also when u eat veges try to eat them raw instead of cooking then, when u cook a vegetable to tend take away some of their nutrients they are still nutritious when cooked but i would recommend to eat them raw

1. Replace your oil you use with olive oil.
2. Minimize salt.
Thats basically what can be a tad healthier.
