Go to rachaelray.com she makes 30 minute meals. There are 100′s of meal ideas that are all less than 30 minutes to make, she also has meals that are kid friendly. Her main stress is to have everything ready to go in the fridge (prep veggies and herbs when you bring them home from the market) it saves time when you are cooking.

HI, I’M NOT SURE WHAT TYPES OF FOODS YOUR FAMILY LIKE. but YOU WANT TO TRY AND STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD AND PRE-PACKAGE FROZEN BOXED DINNERS. (MAYBE ONCE AND AGAIN THIS MAY BE OK BUT NOT EVERY NIGHT). TRY TO MAKE THINGS THAT YO CAN HAVE MAYBE TWICE IN ONE WEEK. 1). SPAGHETTI

2). BAKED CHICKEN ( MAYBE THE NEXT NIGHT YOU CAN CHANGE THE VEGGIES OR IF YOU HAD POTATO’S YOU CAN HAVE RICE WITH IT)

3). THIS TIME OF YEAR A NICE BEAN SOUP IS GREAT. FILLED WITH GREAT VEGGIES, SERVED ALONE OR WITH RICE. THIS IS A ONE POT MEAL THAT IS FILLING AND SATISFYING

4). TRY MAKING A POT PIE, SO SUPER QUICK AND EASY. ANOTHER ONE POT MEAL THAT IS DE-LISH

I HOPE YOU CAN USE SOME OF THESE IDEAS, ALL OF THE THINGS THAT I SUGGEST ARE QUICK AND EASY. THEY CAN BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME AND FROZEN. ENJOI :)

just cover ready diced stewing beef, large chunks of carrot, parsnip, potatoes and salt and pepper with cold water. leave to boil for a few hour. when the meat is tender add sliced leek cook for another 10 mins. thicken with a little flour and water mix if you want. you could leave this cook all day in a slow cooker if you have one. serve with fresh bread and a little cheese.

Buy some lettuce, mozzerella cheese, bacon bits ( fresh or simulated ) and Ceaser salad dressing. Wash the lettuce throughly, then put the dressing and mix it in. After, put the cheese, then the bacon bits. Kids love it most of the time. Then, you can get some whole wheat maccaroni ( doesn’t take long to cook ) then melt some cheddar cheese and mix it with the macaroni. Then put cracker crumbs on top. Even the fussiest of kids usually eat this with ease.

    Tuna Noodle Casserole is easy

Cook pasta bow ties, elbows, small shells. Drain add canned drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup and a can of draines peas. You can top with bread crumbs and pop it in the oven or just heat it on top the stove.

I always like Girl Scout Stew:

Cook up some ground beef, and add canned vegetable beef soup, I prefer with ABC’s.
