How Healthy is this Meal?

So I’m trying to cook more healthy. It’s difficult for me, because I’m used to cooking large quantities of food of what ever will feed 5-6 people. So getting used to cooking for just 2 whilst keeping health in mind is a little difficult. Haha. Anyway, so how healthy would you say this recipe is? What should I do differently?

- about 1/3 of a 15oz. box of whole wheat spaghetti. ((which turned out to be too much, because we threw some of it away.))
- 1 cup of tomato Basil spaghetti sauce.
- 5 small slices of pre-cooked chicken
- 6-7 mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 drop of olive oil
- 3/4 cup of frozen spinach
- half of a tomato.
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese.

You can try different types of spaghetti. We as Americans consume too much wheat. But whole wheat is definitely better than enriched. Check the ingredients of your sauce and pre-cooked chicken to make sure that it doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives. Make sure that it doesn’t have any partially hydrogented or hydrogenated oils, MSG or autolyzed yeast. Be certain that your olive oil is extra virgin and first expeller pressed (it should be green). You can always add more veggies…they always make for a healtier recipe.

It’s important to eat good to keep healthy. Acai berry is an awesome super food that keeps you healthy and also has the bonus of helping you to lose a pile of weight. There’s a free trial happening right now at http://forath.beststardiet.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?
