I’m a 15 year old girl. I’m 5’3" and weigh 165 pounds. For summer (and as much as possible during the last 3 weeks of school), this is my plan:
Healthy breakfast
- eggs, cereal, toast, etc.
Snack mid-morning
- Wheat Thin or Triscuit crackers/nuts and fruit
Lunch
- turkey/chicken sandwich/occasionally caf. food, veggies/fruit, baked chips, cheese
Afternoon snack
- similar to morning snack
Dinner
- what my parents make (I’m trying to get them to cook healthy), fruits/veggies
Sometimes food later if I’m hungry, but nuts or fruit
Dessert 3-4 times a week, but usually something small like frozen yogurt or pudding
Walk 15-30 minutes 4 days per week
Wii Active 3 days per week
I’m hoping to lose 20-40 pounds

Sounds pretty good but If you want to lose 20-40 pounds you have to cut out dessert! Also walking only 15-30 mins per day is nothing if you want to lose that much. Wii Active is a good idea though, try doing that 5 days a week for 1 hour!
Also don’t eat too many nuts. Don’t get me wrong, nuts are very good for you but they do have tons of calories! Try to stay away from cafe food!!

also drink lots of water, supposedly if you drink like a glass of water before any meal it helps digest it faster..? idr something like that but it’ll help! plus if you do you’ll feel sorta full or not AS hungry and you’re gonna eat less well if you’re like me and like to eat til you’re about to explode them you should do this

your eating plan sounds good, actually. However, recently I discovered a better and a faster way to lose weight. I found that there is a certain way to exercise that actually burns more body fat. I thought cardio was the best but there is actually a way to do cardio that burns more fat. This website is amazing. http://www.abfitnessworld.com It helped me. I hope it helps you too. Good Luck!

that diet plan sucks balls ok. first off you shouldnt even be thinking about dessert. do u know how many sugars are in deserts? ice cream has like 100g sugar and in each gram of sugar is 4 calories so multply that by 4 which is 400. if you want to lose wait you have to have a calorie deficit in your body.
your doing right by eating 5-6 small meals throughout day but your also fcking it up by making it so big. i mean seriously? for lunck
your gonna have all taht with chips and cheese?
for breakfeast everything is fine but the etc. and make sure your only eating egg whites and not the yolk. and put some mushrooms and spinach into your egg whites when you cook em. USE VERY little olive oil, though olive oil is good fats, still i say not too much. also make sure your toast is WHOLE GRAIN TOAST NOT WHOLE WHEAT
and for snack eat only fruits/nuts or something of sort
choose one or the other i say
watermelons are an excellent fruit because they’re so fulling because of their size but really they are so low in calories also get some grapefruit because grapefruit fights FAT
im telling you grapefruit will really help
now for lunch
STICK TO ONLY the turkey/chicken sandwich with some beggies, NO BAKED CHIPS OR CHEESE
aftrernoon snack i like to make it with fruits and another TOAST
I LOVE TOAST idk why but yeah.
Dinner have fish, or whole grain pasta, and organic tomato sauce, or red meat is actually not bad to eat couple times a week. i recently discovered that pork is really good , but i dont understandw hy when it has so much fat, but supposedly its good fat… idk it lean meat tho and once in a while red meat , god i love red meat,
AND CUT THE MOFUGGIN SODA that shyt’ll kill u hoe. lol jk ur not a ho.

UR exercise is BS!
u should try to run or at least jog for 20 minutes everyday besides sunday
or 1 day of week
trsust me you can do it.
i recently quit smoking and the day after i quit i could only run 7 minutes straight on 5.5
now i run 3-4 miles a day
30-40 minutes a day.
if you give in throught a craving have ONE BITE or so
one time i fully gave in and ate 3 pizzas…. not good
just take a bite when you want feel like it
if you deprive your self you will only fail
the human body is meant for satisfication.
