think about it; you have 24 hours a day and in a typical weekday, and they say they need this out of you to stay healthy:
8 hours of sleep=16 hours left
and hour of moderately vigorous physical activity=15 hours left
cooking "healthy food" (as if there is a meal out there which is completely healthy) and eating (going through the shops looking at the nutrition info at the back and buying takes up time weekly)= maybe about 3-5 hours= 12-10 hours
other things; like waking up, getting ready, teeth, face, shaving, skin, clothes: maybe another 2 hours= 8 hours

and still have a job, family, school, assignments, uni, family events, religious needs, and other priorities?! especially with all these problems in our world (economic, global warming, etc)
its impossible to live 100% healthy and efficiently in this lifetime!
how can you have time for these things daily/weekly without being tired constantly and be happy?!

the part about preparing healthy food and shopping and checking nutrition info….you get better and faster as you go along. the rest is just about balance. just focus and commit. what you are perceiving as "required" for a healthy life…those are just guidelines.
