I’ve been best friends with this guy since we were 4 years old. Sadly he was raised by his single mom who worked 12 hour shifts at the hospital and never had time to cook healthy meals. And he never really learned how to live healthy. He still hasn’t learned and is becoming obese. I really worry about him if he doesn’t change his life style in the future, i love this guy like he was my brother, i was there for him when he got kicked out of his house for a few weeks, and he was there for me when my grandmother died. How do i tell him I’m worried and willing to help him with out making him mad? or make myself look like a total pussy ha ha

Tell him you want to start living well and going for walks and ask if he would join you so you had some motivation.Make a schedule that you think he could follow. With in about 2 weeks your friend may start to feel better himself. If you want to be totally honest then start by telling him how much you care about his well being and see if he thinks an exercise regime would be a good idea and something you guys could do together. If he’s as good of a friend as you say then he’ll hear you out.I wish you well and God bless.
