ok so believe me when i say i know how to be healthy i just choose not to. I know whats healthy whats not, i know how to cook healthy and what a portion size looks like. I know it all but i cant ever use it. I’ll measure out a serving and then get seconds and thirds. I have no will power. I have no problem staying motivated to work out. I do it 4-5 times a week and have no problem with that but i just cant keep motivated to eat healthy help me please !!!!! Also, how much do you think i should lose ? i am 145 pounds and 5’8 16 year old girl, i was thinking around 10-12 pounds ? is that too little? what do you think? Thanks !

    first off….there are websites where you can put in your age,weight, height, etc…and it will tell you if you are over weight and what you should be.
    motivaton, hang up pictures of the hottest babes on the planet and say i wanna be like them. like models, just dont get too skinny.
    get some appetite management pills, not sure what they’re called talk to doctor
