The scratches are not deep and do not interfer wth cooking. They are only on one eye, and are minimal. However, I would like to repair them so the entire surface is smooth. They are small and again not deep, just enough to catch the eye.

You can purchase touch-up bottles of appliance paint at just about any hardware store and fix those scratches right up! You can then apply a coat of car wax to the stove to protect it from having grease stick to it.
