With things like this you just change the type of ingredients she buys. If she likes cake, get no-sugar cake or sugar substitutes like splenda or sweet n' low to cook with. If she likes ice cream, get sugarless ice cream bars or sugarless frozen yogurt. If you can, convince her to move to fruits/fruit salads/fruit smoothies. She can make these herself and with lowfat/skim milk and a little artificial sweetener her day will be complete. Drink a glass of water/ something lowfat before meals. She'll eat less and still feel full. Good luck!

Its actually too easy. With things like this you just change the type of ingredients she buys. If she likes cake, get no-sugar cake or sugar substitutes like splenda or sweet n’ low to cook with. If she likes ice cream, get sugarless ice cream bars or sugarless frozen yogurt. If you can, convince her to move to fruits/fruit salads/fruit smoothies. She can make these herself and with lowfat/skim milk and a little artificial sweetener her day will be complete.
